MRM in a Managed Services Environment
It’s 2:13 PM and I am in flight. Southwest. WiFi. It’s been a long day, made even longer with a flight in which I have no excuse not to tackle my inbox of unanswered emails. Then it happens. Suddenly the work of 11 months has paid off. I am smiling ear to ear. I receive one of the best emails I have received in a long time. It’s from Kim Collins at Gartner. We have been named a Gartner Cool Vendor in CRM Marketing Applications, 2014. Not only that, but what is written perfectly describes what we do and the pain we solve.
